There are a number of people who own boats and yachts in Norwich. They go off to the broads and enjoy the day in their boats either reading a book, soaking up the sun, having a glass of wine or chatting with friends.

My photo does not do this bridge justice. It’s a short but beautiful bridge which speaks of centuries gone by. The funny thing is, the sides on each end of the bridge are so different. One end is quite busy with traffic and quite contemporary looking, and the other end is calmer and has beautiful historical houses.

This river is ever so quiet, especially on a Sunday. You can easily cruise along and have the river to yourself.

I thought this fountain would have been lovelier if it were switched on. Another one of those things that really makes the Great Hospital Halls an ideal place to heal.

This is one of my favourite flowers and they come in a variety of colours: pink and cream, red and pink, and brown and pink. They have this at the Great Hospital Halls and I believe that beautiful surroundings help a person feel better and faster.
