The Gatekeeper

Don’t shoot me - but this was the first time I’ve ever been to a football stadium. Hey, not everyone can be a footie fanatic. I went there with a group of young film makers, not while there was a match. So I wonder what this door looks like on a Saturday!

Houses or Offices?

Whenever I pass by this row of houses/offices, I cannot help but think of what they could have been 100 years ago. Cast your eye towards the pointy tops. Do you think they belonged to just one huge house or are they now subdivided? Are they houses or offices?

A Bench and A River

a bench and a river

Isn’t that all you need? If you want some peace and quiet, come by the river and sit on this bench. Not too many people were about when I chanced upon this bench. On a Saturday afternoon - a bag of fish and chips wouldn’t be too bad. Bring along a nice cold fizzy drink, a good book, some fruit and bags of crisps and you’ve got all you need for an enjoyable Saturday afternoon.
