Half A House
If this building looks like it’s been sawed in half then that’s because it has been. A long time ago when the city had trams, they found that the trains couldn’t make the turn so decided to cut this house in half instead to make way for them. It’s no longer a house, but rather an office building.

I walked past there on my way to the cathedral this morning. When I worked on Princes Street many years ago, the building used to be pale blue. I prefer it like this.
