More Adam & Eve

On a bright summer day, it’s lovely to sit outside the pub and enjoy a cool drink. There are flowers everywhere you look, which makes the outdoors really pretty and attractive. I wonder why restaurants don’t make their outside sitting as pretty.
I am many things - a life coach, a diversity champion, a freelance writer and translator, a dog lover, a citizen of the world, etc - but never thought of myself as a photographer. Norwich inspires me to capture snapshots of this fine Norman city. Take a trip down Norwich lanes or enjoy a walk in the park with me.

Lovely pretty shot Joy.
If you follow the link on my pst you’ll find out info about how to get to Sheffield Park Gdns. I think you could do it by public transport but it would be a long journey! But worth it! I think it’s at its prime at the moment.

It is amazing what a couple of hanging baskets of flowers can do to cheer up an outdoor sitting area consisting of plain old picnic tables. I’m surprised restaurants don’t do the same in Norwich. I’ve seen some very nice outdoor restaurant seating areas in the Boston area; maybe there isn’t enough competition among Norwich restaurants to warrant the investment?

OMG, that is a beautiful photo. It looks like a chalet in Switzerland or south of France.

I’m embarrassed to say this but it took me a while to find out where Norwich is located. At first, I thought it was somewhere upstate in the US. Then I thought maybe Canada. And finally, I look at your blogger profile page and realize you are in UK.
Geography lesson for me.
