In the UK, the Health and Safety Law is steeped in every organisation’s policies. This sign is pretty obvious. It’s located quite near the football stadium. It’s a funny sign, too. It’s like telling ‘fires’ to assemble at that spot.

Schools here have similiar signs. A place for students from each class to assemble to be counted to make sure all are out of the school on fire.
