This jewelry shop was just closing when I walked past. It’s one of those shops that has been owned by families for generations. They looked at me pretty suspiciously when I took this photo. Hey! I’m not a thief.

They are suspicious of everybody, Joy.
Neither they, nor the jewellers just up London Street are exactly welcoming.
Which is their loss, as rather than spend a couple of grand on an Omega watch there, brother Phil bought it in London where the shop staff are more friendly.
Thanks for meeting me for coffee this morning. You are wonderful company.
If you ever manage to get your husband out of bed at that unearthly hour, it would be great to meet him sometime, too.

Flatiron/wedge buildings are always appealing. This one certainly has an unusual colour! Good shot!!
