I have been seeing a few of them lately, but yesterday, on my way from the hospital, I saw them springing out from everywhere! I was so excited - because this means only one thing. Spring has sprung! Yay!

At the foyer, I already started to admire this building. They could have just had this light above, but no, it had to have that beautiful oval centre piece. What for? Over to you, Dive!

When the Customer Adviser said I could take photos, I quickly got my camera out, turned to my right and shot this. To the right you’ll see the door panel - that’s the entrance. This is truly an architectural work of art. It makes me wonder what it was built for originally. Dive?

Just look at that! Isn’t that the prettiest bank ceiling you’ve ever seen? You would think that pink would be nauseating in a place of business, but not this one. I quickly snapped a few, before the bank manager could tell me I wasn’t supposed to. Mind you, I did ask the Customer Adviser if I could and he said, “Certainly!”
And in the next few photos, Dive will help me explain what we’re looking at. He’s the expert!

This is the entrance to the NatWest Bank on London St. It looks more like a church in the style of Sir Christopher Wren, but was actually built in 1928.
I just love this building. It is sooo pretty. Notice the pillars and the walls and ceiling. Tomorrow come back for more lovely photos.
What does your bank look like?
