Complementary Therapies

Part of the fair were complementary therapists who offered Indian head massage, reiki, reflexology and shiatsu. I managed to score a coupon for a free head and shoulder shiatsu and I am definitely looking forward to that!
Which is your favourite complementary therapy? Tried one lately? If not, do yourself a favour and treat yourself and your loved ones to the most relaxing half hour.
I am many things - a life coach, a diversity champion, a freelance writer and translator, a dog lover, a citizen of the world, etc - but never thought of myself as a photographer. Norwich inspires me to capture snapshots of this fine Norman city. Take a trip down Norwich lanes or enjoy a walk in the park with me.

My favourite complementary therapy is sitting on the sofa with a bar of Green and Black’s Maya Gold and an old black and white movie.

I find it very relaxing when someone rubs my scalp. Where can I score a freebie massage here? Enjoy!
