Summer Hues: Blue Magic

Today marks the beginning of my Summer Hues. If you want to put a smile on your face each morning, all you need to do is visit Norwich Daily Photo and I’ll give you a reason to smile.
These blue flowers are some of the most gorgeous I’ve seen this season. Don’t you agree?
I am many things - a life coach, a diversity champion, a freelance writer and translator, a dog lover, a citizen of the world, etc - but never thought of myself as a photographer. Norwich inspires me to capture snapshots of this fine Norman city. Take a trip down Norwich lanes or enjoy a walk in the park with me.

Hi Joy!
What beautiful flowers! I don’t think I’ve ever seen blue flowers like those. What are they called?
Thank for returning my visit and leaving a comment on my blog. You have a nice blog with nice pictures. I’ll put it in my blogroll so that I can visit it every now and then.
To answer your question:
It’s officially mid-year semester break, so many of the students are away on holiday.
Have a great summer.

Those are bachelor’s buttons - they used to grow in the fields here too but now I’ve not seen any unless they are planted. Wonder what happened to all the wildflowers…….
