Branches

There was something about the colours in this photo that captures one’s imagination. I felt as if each branch and each leaf had a story to tell.

Next to The Little Red Roaster is Libby’s, the flower shop. These teenee tomatoes caught my eye. They’re half the size of cherry tomatoes!

Here they are up close. They were just so cute! Do you like tomatoes? If so, which kind? Personally, I like small plum tomatoes.

This tree stood mighty and proud on Dereham Road, and with reason. It looks very formidable and will withstand the test of elements.

Now here’s the same tree looking up it. Makes me want to climb the tree.
Today also marks the first year anniversary of my Filipino radio show on Future Radio called Usapang Pinoy. I hope you’ll get a chance to listen to it at 2pm UK time. Wherever you are in the world, simply click on the link to Future Radio and listen online! You can even send me messages which I can read instantly on air!

There is a new coffee place called The Little Red Roaster on Grove Road, just opposite Tesco, and very near Sainsbury’s, too. It’s run by two very lovely proprietors who have nothing but smiles and really good food!

The place itself is quite cosy. There are two low tables that can be occupied and 3 really cool red bar stools if you need more leg room.

Take a look at their menu. It’s just fantastic. If you want to have breakfast, brunch, lunch or an early light dinner, then this is the place to go. I sure hope you’ll try it because everything is delish!

So here’s another look at the yummy cakes. They also serve freshly brewed coffee of your choice. There’s plenty to choose from.
