Fairhaven: Green Stream

Yesterday I showed you the broads at Fairhaven. It is only natural to find that other bodies of water exist within the garden. People were debating what to call this – river, stream, brook?
I choose stream
It was so green, perhaps because of the algae. But it was still beautiful.
What do you think?

Here’s another look.
I am many things - a life coach, a diversity champion, a freelance writer and translator, a dog lover, a citizen of the world, etc - but never thought of myself as a photographer. Norwich inspires me to capture snapshots of this fine Norman city. Take a trip down Norwich lanes or enjoy a walk in the park with me.

I’m green with envy that you live near such a gorgeous place. Or have I said that before?
Sometimes, such as this case, beauty can be overwhelming!

If the water is that green, then it’s probably not flowing, is it?

I think if it’s green it’s not being disturbed or it’s quite stagnant. But it’s lovely to look at isn’t it?

This is a BEAUTIFUL spot. I could look at this photo for hours. It would be better in person, I’m sure!
