Royal Arcade

Also beautiful any day of the year is the Royal Arcade. I suppose every city in the UK has one. It’s hard to believe that this building used to be a stable. Rich people and merchants who visited Norwich would have their horses resting here for the night. Now this building is full of neat little shops and offers a good resting place for the weary shoppers.
I am many things - a life coach, a diversity champion, a freelance writer and translator, a dog lover, a citizen of the world, etc - but never thought of myself as a photographer. Norwich inspires me to capture snapshots of this fine Norman city. Take a trip down Norwich lanes or enjoy a walk in the park with me.

Wow a stable turned into a shopping center. That’s a nice photo. I am back from my vacay with Odd’s family.
Yes, Odd had been busy with his work and his course to be a franchisee. He already got a store to take over if he wants to after this summer, but he’s waiting until the course is over. He felt that he needed more time to learn everything before tackling it.
Btw, how are you guys?

Nice story Joy, love the bit about the stable. Here in Leeds we have several Victorian ones. Oddly this afternoon I was given a private tour of the balconies for photos in the biggest and grandest in Leeds city centre. Spooky timing….

Nice place. I’d like to hang it out with friends or family than in a modern art architecture…
