Peaceful Walk

Having a cemetery right in the city centre next to the mall is still something that I have not gotten used to. But with a church just close by, it makes things better.
Would you cut through a cemetery on the way to the mall if it will save you a few seconds?
I am many things - a life coach, a diversity champion, a freelance writer and translator, a dog lover, a citizen of the world, etc - but never thought of myself as a photographer. Norwich inspires me to capture snapshots of this fine Norman city. Take a trip down Norwich lanes or enjoy a walk in the park with me.

A church with a cemetery: they go well together.

Nice photo Joy, love the sky.
I do cut through a churchyard in Leeds city centre, not often, but it is there and I do pass through it if I am going that way. The church lies right behind a shopping mall. I think quite a few people do not realise that an old and I think quite attractive church is totally obscured by modern shopping.

As long as it’s daytime, why not? I might use it as well for jogging,

How curious! Did the walkway originally only lead to the church? I guess it was the church’s decision to create the division with the tombstones. But, it is rather odd looking.

I wouldn’t be caught dead cutting thru there.
