Coming out of a meeting and waiting for my cab, I saw this cute little snail stuck to the wall. How could I not take a photo? I’m a pescotarian (someone who eats seafood and veggie food only). I don’t eat snails. Do you?

Last Saturday on my way to lunch, I saw these three swans scavenging for food under the weeping willows. It was quite funny how ferociously intent they were. Not the usual graceful swans I’m used to. No matter, they’re still protected by the Queen – graceful or not. What animal do you think should also be under the Queen’s protection?

This red ladybug was happily perched on our little lavender shrub yesterday and its redness was a lovely contrast against the leaves. What colour is your favourite ladybug?

I watched this swan for ages and it never once stopped scratching itself. Then as I walked past a few ducks, they, too, seemed to be very itchy all over. What gives?

Believe it or not, these ducks were happily watching others swim as they luxuriated in the warmth of the sun!
My significant other queried, “Do you think they’re married?” I smiled. “He’s (referring to the duck on the right) been following her around since we got here.”
