On the left is my favourite tree at Chapelfield Gardens. The two benches on the right, believe it or not, looked inviting to sit on. Only problem is, they would get anyone’s bum wet with snow.

What better place to ruminate than by a tree? I think trees possess a certain kind of wisdom, considering how long they’ve been around. This man seems to be in very deep thought.

Taken outside St Peter Mancroft, this bench was dedicated in loving memory of James Armitage Campbell, Physician and Sidesman of this church. I have mixed feelings about dedicating a bench to someone’s memory.

Within the Halls grounds, there are nooks and crannies for patients to be by themselves and reflect. If my surroundings were this beautiful, I’m sure it won’t be too long til I’m back on my feet again.
