Wonky Door

wonky door

Aha! Just when you thought the door series was over. Hey. It ain’t over until I say so :)

This is one of the doors of that lopsided house I featured years ago, that belonged to a former mayor of Norwich, at least 100 years in the past. There is no trick – it really is wonky because they used young oak wood, which then gradually re-shaped itself. Thus the door you see before you. Quirky, isn’t it?

Library Door

library door

Here’s The Library, minus the books. I was attracted by the facade of this restaurant.

I’m just not sure about the door. What kind of door do you think would suit the overall theme?

Purple Door

purple door

Along Pottergate there are many shops. My eyes are drawn towards this colourful and vivid door. I like bold colours.

Guild Hall Door

guild hall door

This is only one of the many doors of the Guild Hall. And yes, the ground does slant. What attracted me to this really was the gate. I find it ornate, but I do like it a lot.
