The Match

wimbledon1

Wonder what these people are doing sitting here looking up?

wimbledon2

What else? They wouldn’t be British if they weren’t interested in Wimbledon, now would they? So out in the courtyard of Chapelfield Mall, chairs have been provided so that people can follow the matches on BBC.

Who is your favourite tennis player? They had better be top-seeded!

Aura Soma

aura soma

When I attended the last Mind-Body-Spirit event at the Hewett School, I encountered for the first time a method of healing called Aura Soma.

According to Aura-Soma.Net:

“You are the colours you choose”. The colours you chose will reflect the needs that lie hidden within. Your colour choice will help you to recognise these needs at a deep level. Through its use and application the system opens levels of communication between the self and the soul. Your chosen colours have the capacity to support you in a deeper understanding of your “soul” selves, past, present and to come. Through the wave-lengths of colour you are given clues to becoming self empowered and you will discover that you really can create your own future.

Now then. Would you give aura soma a go?

Butterfly Pod

butterfly pod

Ok, another odd structure for you. A couple of weeks ago there was an environmental exhibit at the Forum. One thing that caught my eye was this little contraption. Shame the man obscured part of it.

Anyway, a group of people were promoting a campaign to protect endangered butterflies in Norfolk. This pod was supposed to help people visualise a Norfolk without butterflies.

I wanted to go in but was in such a rush to be on time for my next appointment so had to take a raincheck.

BlogNor09: The Wall

the wall

Last week, lots were happening at the Forum. This wall climbing attraction was just one of them. Have you ever climbed a wall? Being drive up it doesn’t count!

By the way, Blogging Norfolk has launched a massive project to capture Norfolk in words, photos and music – all about the beautiful county of Norfolk.  So Norwich Daily Photo will be part of this.  Way to go, Blogging Norfolk!
