The Old Town of Tallinn was such a wonderful delight to explore! I couldn’t believe how beautiful the buildings were – though many were run down. I could sense that so much history, design and architectural genius went into erecting these structures that now remain to be a tourist attraction.

It wasn’t an easy one, I must admit, to guess. But here we are! In Tallinn, Estonia! This was where I celebrated my birthday on the 8th of March.
We arrived the previous day in Helsinki, Finland and woke up the next day, my birthday, to find that the temperature has dropped even more. From -2C it went down to -3C. Wonderful.
So we braved the icy winds and the snow covered streets in order to catch the ferry to Tallinn. Guess what happened.

The sweetest of the sweet are the pink hyacinths and the pink tulips. I chose them with which to say adieu to this Keukenhof series.
I hope you have enjoyed the last two weeks of my visit to Keukenhof, and are now planning your own trip to the flower capital of the world! They’re only open for two more days, and then you’d have to wait for March next year to visit the garden.
So which was your favourite snap of Keukenhof?
